The price of a Product does not include delivery charges. Our delivery charges are as advised to you during the check-out process, If purchasing more than one item the postage will be calculated as one price. All though all efforts have been made to enable this, if in doubt you can always call the store number below.
If a garment is not suitable the returns postage needs to be paid by the customer.

It may be possible that, despite all our efforts, some of the Products on our website may be incorrectly priced. We will check prices as part of our dispatch process so that where a product may be incorrectly priced and the figure is lower than we intended then you will be notified and either you may have a full refund or pay the difference before the item is dispatched.
All items must be returned within 14 days with all tags and unworn, be in their original state and not stored in a smokey/cooking atmosphere

Our postage and packaging cost include a courier service and all elements of materials, man costs, transportation, packaging and delivery. For customers who reside in a near by area a pick up option is available on checkout.
All our goods will be inspected for any defaults before shipping out. All items will be checked carefully, including buttons, zips, seams, pockets, marks or scratches and shall endeavour to make sure all goods are in perfect condition before they are sent out to you.
If you are not completely satisfied with your products or you want to exchange them, you can return them within 14 days to us un-worn or used, in the original packaging, including any tags and labels. (Please do not remove labels).The goods must be in a perfect and saleable condition. You will then receive a full refund less the original cost of postage (i.e. full refund for the cost of the item only) or an exchange to the same value as the item originally purchased.
We regret that we are unable to refund any items after the 14 day return policy.
Sales items by law unless faulty are non-refundable however as a gesture of goodwill we have a 7 day return on sale items.
For a return or exchange (where there is no fault on our part) there will be an additional delivery charge based on your delivery address. All goods must be returned and any charges paid before the goods will be sent back out or refunds paid - please note PayPal can take 3-5 working days to process a refund once it leaves our account.
If you return an item to us that is faulty; which you did not order; or for any other reason that is our fault, we will obviously refund you as well as reimburse you the cost of the return postage. This includes warranty items.
To return a faulty/warranty item, please contact us in advance and if possible provide evidence of the fault, so we can assess what action may be taken; it may be that a replacement part could be supplied. This will enable both parties to agree what steps will be taken. All warranty items are subject to an inspection.
In all circumstances, you will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection, we recommend you use a secure delivery method, such as DPD or Parcel Force or GPO mail which requires a signature upon delivery this will insure you for the value of the goods. For larger parcels, such as Snowboards and Skis please contact us to advise you on the best way to return the goods. sales@dicksboardstore.co.uk.
Please clearly mark on your package, your NAME, ORDER NUMBER, AND RETURNS NUMBER. Please also print out your order and enclose it with your item/s, for our warehouse staff to deal with the situation.

Any refund will be returned using the same payment method as we received for the goods. If the PayPal account/card/bank account has expired or is declined in the time between purchase & refund, then we will contact to arrange alternative payment.
